The Jacobson House Native Art Center
With a commitment to preserving the property and the legacy of Oscar Jacobson and his wife, Jeanne d'Ucel, while honoring the courage, talent, and achievement of the "Kiowa Five" and all the Native American art students. In 1986, the Foundation succeeded by seeing the House placed on the National Register of Historic Places because of its unique architecture and role in the evolution and success of art in Oklahoma. It is on the Oklahoma Historical Society's Landmarks List and is documented with a State historical marker. The House stands as a living symbol of the recognition of Native American art as a medium speaking to the spirit of every person.

Wolf Figurines and Wolf T shirts at EverythingWolf.com
Our Goal
Wolf Howl Animal Preserve is dedicated to the preservation of the Wolf. Man has been the Wolves' greatest threat. We want to give the Wolf a safe haven in which the species can survive and multiply. We want to be open to the public for educational tours and fun events that will alleviate some of the bad press that the Wolf has received in the past, e.g. "Big Bad Wolf, Werewolves, Wolfman". It is my dream to hear the "Wolves Howl" once again in the wild across much of the United States where they once roamed freely. It is important for our survival as well as theirs to restore them into the ecosystem. Endangered or threatened species are a warning sign to Mankind's own survival.

Spirit of Powwow
Our book covers the northern powwow dance styles, Grand Entry and special rituals, judging and the drumming and singing; it explains the do’s and don'ts of powwow etiquette. The book goes beyond the usual description of dances and regalia. Wonderful text and visuals bring alive every component of powwow. You will be taken behind the scenes to meet the people who hold the event together. You will meet young dancers learning how to dance and make their first regalia as they learn about their culture. This book shows the importance of the Powwow - a time to teach, to discover and to celebrate.
